Beschrijving:

Betula pendula 'Laciniata' berk met ingesneden blad en een transparant bladerdek. De hoogte na 10 jaar is 10 m. Deze plant is zeer winterhard. A most elegant tree and perfect for specimen planting. Found in Sweden in the 1760s, it is a medium to large tree of slender form and with a broadly columnar habit. The leaves are deeply cut and branches weep gracefully. Bark is white and peeling. Very good for parks and woodland, but not suitable for areas where soil becomes compacted or where there is too much reflected heat and light. It grows well on most soils. Mature height: 10-15m
