Started as photografer for local papers in 1975, mostly sport events. First birdpictures in 1975 in black&white, later color negative, colour slides an since 2006 digital.
Travelled around the world from Chile to Sri Lanka, from Kenia to Spitsbergen to guide birdwatching tours and making pictures
