| Biography |
Ad Sprang (Utrecht, 1952) has been a birdwatcher for all his life now and tries to combine this with nature photography, especially birds, butterflies and mammels.
Ad preferrs to photograph in his own environment "De Vijfheerenlanden" situated between the rivers Lek and Linge.
Ad can also enjoy the most common species and takes time to photograph these as well.
Since 2006 Ad is one of the moderators of Birdpix, the leading website for birdphotography in Holland.
Owls have his special attention and Ad is the leading Barn Owl protector in "De Vijfheerenlanden".
Many of his photos have been published in books, papers, magazines and calenders. His most famous photo "Grey Heron with Rabbit" has been published all over the world. |
