From her childhood on Pauline van Marle spent many hours in the country. On the arrival of digital photography her passion for nature gained momentum.
Pauline's background, a former academy of the arts student, is considerably influencing her photography:
composition, the use of colours and indeed a sense of humour are characteristic here.
Birds, particularly little owls, also birds in combination with decay. Since the last two years she has also been using macro lenses, notably for sand lizards. Pauline's favourite fotoshoot areas are the Ooijpolder and the water-meadows along the Waal near Nijmegen.
